The Multi-Sectoral Working Group (MSWG) on the realization of the not more than Two-Thirds Gender Principle today met with Development Partners Gender Group to apprise them of the progress made so far since its gazettement.

Led by the taskforce Chairperson, Ms.Veronica Nduva, the Working Group highlighted some of the proposals that it is currently reviewing to actualize the principle and emphasized the urgent need for public participation to help narrow down to the most viable formula for implementing the principle.

Today’s engagement with the development partners was useful in consolidating support for advocacy, technical as well as financial components of the taskforce process.
